is an Articulation Agreement?
An agreement between two or more institutions to transfer courses is called an Articulation Agreement. Through this agreement the institutions officially agree to transfer all of a specified program or programs (certificate, diploma or degree). This usually occurs between a non degree-granting institution or a two-year college and a four-year college or university. Why is it beneficial to graduates from non-degree granting institutions? Because by taking advantage of the Freedom Bible College & Seminary Articulation Agreement Program students can convert their credits toward a privately accredited college degree. How can colleges, training centers and other institutions take advantage of the program? It is simple. What if your institution is not a member of the FBCS Articulation Agreement Program? Just go to your professor, advisor or instructor and tell them about the program and give them the web page for the application. http://www.freedomministries.com/artic.html How much does it cost to become a member? Actually, it is a free service, but there is a small application fee of $175. How much does it cost the student? Nothing! The only charge they have is the normal tuition and fees for the degree they are pursuing. There are no extra charges. What degrees does Freedom Bible College and Seminary offer? FBCS currently offers 47 different degrees and certificate programs. What is the exchange rate for credits? Most colleges offering articulation agreements have an exchange rate of 3 to 1. FBCS offers a generous 1 to 1 exchange for member institutions. Does FBCS offer distance learning programs? Yes, FBCS offers distance or residence learning.
